I'm back to writing! Wrist is no longer broken. Typing once again comes with ease. Thank goodness that I can use my right hand again without pain.
While having a broken wrist was not fun for me, it also gave me a sense of gratitude for the little things. I learned to slow down. And, I also learned how to be a really solid yoga teacher without having to do the poses. My classes kept growing, my teaching was improving and all while I had this stinky splint on my arm.
It's amazing how injuries can have a gratitude effect. Troubles and trials can often foster appreciation. I'm back to writing. My wrist is no longer broken!
